Because of the nature of the products we sell, naturally there are a few terms and conditions for our returns policy. Here's the small print...

• The goods must be unused
• The goods must be in their original condition and packaging
• Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable
• Items that are not in sealed packaging are non refundable and non exchangeable
• The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order
• We cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us
• Postage and packing is non refundable
• Any free gifts must be returned in order to get a full refund
