Our top priority is customer satisfaction. OK, so all companies say that but we really mean it. And to prove that we do, we’ll lay out our ‘no quibbles’ return policy for you here, in the unlikely event that you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

It hasn’t happened yet, but if your cone is faulty just return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement, no questions asked. We’ll even compensate you for the return postage.

Should you change your mind about wanting the cone sex toy, simply return it to us, unopened & unused, within 14 days and we’ll refund the purchase price, no questions asked. Naturally, because of the nature of the product, some restrictions apply so please refer to our terms and conditions for more details.

We will then let you know how to return your cone to us and arrange for a replacement to be sent, if appropriate, asap. We will work hard to make this process as pain-free as possible for you.
